Uber

While Uber is a reliable, efficient mode of transportation in greater cities, the availability of Uber rides is more limited in Jackson. Do not rely on this method alone for getting around.

Public Transit

The most widely used form of public transportation in Jackson is the START bus (and START bikes in the summer). Inexpensive and easy to navigate, multiple START buses run various routes throughout town and to and from Teton Village each day. Most recently, electric buses were added to the fleet of buses in order to reduce emissions, while on-demand rides in East Jackson have started as a way to make utilizing the transportation service even more efficient.
